The Greek Customer Service Institute is the national customer service body that provides education, certification and recognition to organizations in Greece in the field of service excellence since 2004. The annual Customer Service Excellence Awards event, recognize organizations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies. The judging team is comprised by high-profile company executives and university academics assessing performance on the basis of specific criteria via 2-step process. This year, at the 8th edition of the awards, Hatzopoulos was recognised as the Best in Customer Service among numerous large, customer-care-oriented Greek companies.
