A. Hatzopoulos S.A. hosted an ATE Cluster meeting

We had the honor of hosting an ATEC Morning event at our Stadiou facilities. The event was organized by the AgroTech Export Cluster (ATE Cluster), a non-profit organization dedicated to boosting the growth of Greece’s agri-food industry. The meeting brought together key members of the agri-food sector to explore developments in flexible packaging materials and the evolving legislative framework surrounding packaging waste.

The event kicked off with opening remarks from our CEO, Argyris Tsaknis, alongside the President of ATE Cluster, Konstantinidis Konstantinos, with both of them highlighting the importance of collaboration within the sector. This set the stage for presentations by industry experts, including Tasos Kazanas, Regional Sales Manager of SE Europe, Dr. Dimitra Kapsimali, Inks & Adhesives Development Manager, and Dr. Lefteris Tourasanidis, R&D Manager at A. Hatzopoulos S.A.

The presentations covered a range of topics, from an overview of our company’s technological advancements and capabilities, to the challenges of designing mono-material packaging solutions. Details on successful recyclable packaging projects were also shared, offering valuable insights into sustainable solutions for the industry. Furthermore, the discussions focused on the latest legislative updates affecting flexible packaging materials and packaging waste management.

The event concluded with a guided tour of our Stadiou facilities, allowing attendees to see first-hand the cutting-edge technologies driving innovation at A. Hatzopoulos S.A.

We would like to thank all ATE Cluster members for attending and for providing us with the opportunity to host such a meaningful event, and look forward to future meetings.
