A. HATZOPOULOS S.A. announces a strategic reorganization within its executive team, aimed at further enhancing operational excellence. HATZOPOULOS S.A. is pleased to announce that Mr. Ovi Serb, currently Technical Director, will assume a new role within the top management team as Operations Director, effective June 1st, 2025.
A long-standing executive, with over 30 years of experience at the company and a Member of the Board, Mr. Serb brings a wealth of technical expertise in flexible packaging, a deep understanding of the organization’s structure, processes, and strategic direction, and strong track record of leadership. Mr. Serb will lead the company’s operational strategy, with a particular focus on aligning and optimizing all production and supportive functions to drive overall productivity. This appointment marks a strategic move to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen integration across the business, ensuring the company’s vision and long-term goals are achieved.

After nearly two decades of dedicated service, Mr. Christodoulos Naziris will conclude his current role as General Manager at the end of May 2025, as he prepares to relocate with his family from Thessaloniki. Over almost twenty years in various leadership roles within the organization, Mr. Naziris has substantially contributed to transforming and guiding A. HATZOPOULOS S.A. through a period of focused growth and strong performance. The Board expresses its heartfelt gratitude for his exceptional commitment and invaluable contribution, and extends its best wishes for continued success in the next chapter of his career.
The responsibilities of the General Manager will be shared between the CEO, Mr. Argyrios Tsaknis, and the Operations Director, Mr. Ovi Serb.
