For the 3rd year in a row, our company has been recognized as a “Great Place to Work®”, following a survey that focuses exclusively on responses from our employees. The certification adopts the globally recognized Trust Index™ standard which utilizes a specially designed questionnaire, as well as open-ended questions, all of which are filled anonymously, in order to evaluate specific dimensions that pertain to the working environment. The examined dimensions are Credibility, Respect, Pride, Camaraderie and Fairness.

Our people responded openly and honestly about their working experience at A. Hatzopoulos S.A., providing a complete picture of how they perceive and experience their daily work in our company. This yearly conducted assessment and analysis of the results provides us with an even greater understanding of their needs, always aiming at improving their overall satisfaction and experience at work.
