Annual Responsibility Report 2022
At A. Hatzopoulos S.A. we deeply value and care for each and every one of our stakeholders, whether those are our own people, our customers, the environment or future generations, and that is why we are fully-committed towards ensuring that our operations are benefiting them in a socially and environmentally sustainable and meaningful way. We believe that our company can be a force for good for social, environmental and human affairs through careful consideration of the ways in which we can best incorporate sustainability into every aspect of our operations and actions in order to best serve people and the planet we all share.
We recognize the impact we have on society and the environment, track our progress and aim to operate responsibly; hence we have outlined the company’s approach and progress towards a more sustainable future in our Annual Responsibility Report for 2022.
The Report was published in November 2023 and covers the period between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022, and while this is our 11th consecutive Annual Corporate Responsibility Report, it is a rather unique one. We strive for excellence, and to that end, we have prepared this Report in accordance with GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and AA1000 (2018) Accountability Principles Standards. Externally evaluated and assured by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) with regard to its conformity to the above Standards and requirements, the Report for 2022 presents our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) targets and achievements.
All of the above initiatives serve as a testament to our commitment towards transparent sustainable growth and responsible management for every part of our stakeholder ecosystem.
