Fully-committed to the human-centered values that characterize us, our company signed the Diversity Charter on the 23rd of October, 2023, contributing to eliminating any kind of exclusion in the workplace.
A. Hatzopoulos S.A. is committed to providing a working environment that offers equal opportunities, without discrimination. The Diversity Charter, an initiative of the European Commission with the goal of strengthening Diversity in businesses, has been promoted in the European Union since 2004, while in Greece its implementation began in 2019. Its aim is to function as a means of commitment for the implementation of a culture of equality and diversity in every working environment in Greece. In Greece, the Diversity Charter is implemented by KEAN in collaboration with the Institute for Diversity and Integration – D & I.
Mr. Argyrios Tsaknis, Financial and Administrative Director of A. Hatzopoulos S.A., signed the Charter on behalf of the company, stating the following: “At A.
